I enjoy having family and friends over , and 'Sunday roast' with all the trimmings was not something I was confident doing, yet it's something that really brings a group of all ages together. I hired Nikki for a few hours on a Sunday and we prepared a Sunday Roast Beef. She sent me a shopping list beforehand (based on my likes and dislikes), then we cooked together. I made notes every step of the way, picking up on all the good hints and tips that Nikki was showing me, and then learning to get the flow of the timings just right. My husband's feedback at the end was that is was "one of the best roast beef dinners he's ever had" - and he's tried a few! It was a brilliant experience! About us
Nikki is a talented and passionate chef with decades of experience in the culinary industry. Her dedication to creating exceptional dining experiences led her to establish NikkiChef, where she strives to surpass the expectations of every client.
Cooking across the world Nikki has had a colourful career. Some examples of individuals she has had the pleasure of cooking for include the late Queen Elizabeth, Diana Princess of Wales, the Dalai Lama, Olivia Coleman,Cerys Matthews, the Welsh Rugby Union and many other Sporting events. Nikki also spent two years as a private chef on the circuit cooking for the High Court Judges.
Our ethos is very important to me, I pride myself on using locally sourced produce where possible and wherever my services are required.
Having an allotment has provided huge benefits to myself and my clients: the quality, taste and health benefits of growing organic fruit and vegetables as well as the learning process for me as a chef have been incredible. I'm extremely proud and delighted to bring that experience to "NikkiChef".

We asked Nikki to cater for our birthday/anniversary celebration at home. The food and its presentation was at a very high standard. We were lucky to be able to share in the harvest from her garden and the freshness made the food even finer.
Our guests were so pleased and it made our day to see them so well fed and content. We can’t wait to have her team back!
My daughter surprised me with a private meal prepared by NikkiChef, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had. The food was absolutely out of this world – every dish was beautifully prepared, bursting with flavor, and made with such love and care. As a vegetarian, I’ve never tasted anything quite like it!
But it wasn’t just the food that made the evening so special – Nikki herself was a true delight. Her warmth, kindness, and passion for what she does shone through in every moment. It was so inspiring to hear her talk about her culinary journey and the care she puts into creating inclusive meals.
My daughter is vegan and her partner has multiple allergies, and Nikki went above and beyond to accommodate their needs. The attention to detail was incredible, and it meant so much to all of us to feel so thoughtfully looked after.

Wonderful Chef, the food, service and knowledge is fantastic. Nikki brings more than other private chefs, a lot of her food is homegrown, she uses with passion and shares tales that holds a room. Everything had flavour and looked beautiful!!
We were Guests at a party that Nikki did the most Wonderful food, 3-course buffet. All looked beautiful, so tasty and lots of it was grown by Nikki too, so impressed!! Nikki was also very interactive with all guests, great to see!! We enjoyed everything especially the trio of desserts!
We host many events and dinner parties, and this was the first time we had engaged with NikkiChef (we had a three course meal at our home for a group of 8 people). From the moment you meet Nikki, you join a food journey like I have never experienced. Her friendly, yet professional, nature at once allows you to relax and entertain your guests – as you immediately know you will be looked after. Next, the food………. I will never be able to write a review that will do justice to the exceptional quality and taste of Nikki’s dishes. I hired Nikki Chef for a family gathering at my home, Nikki was easy to work with, and very professional through out, the food was fresh, and all homemade, beautifully displayed, and most of all tasted delicious.
