I enjoy having family and friends over , and 'Sunday roast' with all the trimmings was not something I was confident doing, yet it's something that really brings a group of all ages together. I hired Nikki for a few hours on a Sunday and we prepared a Sunday Roast Beef. She sent me a shopping list beforehand (based on my likes and dislikes), then we cooked together. I made notes every step of the way, picking up on all the good hints and tips that Nikki was showing me, and then learning to get the flow of the timings just right. My husband's feedback at the end was that is was "one of the best roast beef dinners he's ever had" - and he's tried a few! It was a brilliant experience! About us
Nikki is a talented and passionate chef with decades of experience in the culinary industry. Her dedication to creating exceptional dining experiences led her to establish NikkiChef, where she strives to surpass the expectations of every client.
Cooking across the world Nikki has had a colourful career. Some examples of individuals she has had the pleasure of cooking for include the late Queen Elizabeth, Diana Princess of Wales, the Dalai Lama, Olivia Coleman,Cerys Matthews, the Welsh Rugby Union and many other Sporting events. Nikki also spent two years as a private chef on the circuit cooking for the High Court Judges.
Our ethos is very important to me, I pride myself on using locally sourced produce where possible and wherever my services are required.
Having an allotment has provided huge benefits to myself and my clients: the quality, taste and health benefits of growing organic fruit and vegetables as well as the learning process for me as a chef have been incredible. I'm extremely proud and delighted to bring that experience to Nikkichef & Truckin'chefs

We had a Nikki to help us arrange a wake. Nikki delivered a wonderful service, our family are so grateful, Highly recommended.
We booked Nikki for our annual Christmas party, it was 12 of us with a few Allergies and dietary restrictions how everyone and everything was perfectly cooked and prepared, visually stunning and such good company. Professional yet easy going and interactive. The lamb was so good, the homemade butters are amazing all around worth every penny and more!! Thanks chef!!
Wow . Nikki worked pure magic with a buffet for 30 friends at super short notice . The platters looked too good to eat but were exquisite ! Included dressed crab, oysters, king prawns , charcuterie, cheeses and surprise treat of coronation cauliflower salad. Even made all the breads and savoury butters . Nikki then stepped in with Bev to make the evening run smoothly by hosting serving and keeping everything looking just as good all evening . What a find . Have already booked Nikki for two more events . Can’t recommend more highly .

I've been waiting a while to get a cooking lesson from Nikki, and it was well worth the wait! We knew we were in good hands right from her entrance; she made us feel completely at ease, not an awkward moment all night.
Nikki brought fresh ingredients straight from her allotment—a real highlight—and taught us to cook ramen, katsu chicken, and stir fry. She focused on using common ingredients you’d actually have in your fridge, so I feel confident I can actually make these dishes again at home.
The lesson was absolutely packed with technical skills, like the difference between light and dark soy sauce and the correct way to butcher a raw chicken (which turns out to be easy when you know what you're doing!).
I was particularly impressed by Nikki's ability to keep three dishes moving, hold a conversation, and answer constant questions from our party of four. She kept the atmosphere relaxed and fun, even within all the cooking chaos. She is equal parts showman and chef.
I also learned a lot about myself: namely that even under an expert head chef, I’d have no chance of a career in the kitchen ;)
All in all, a really special night with a fantastic head chef. Get her booked if you can!!

I was a guest at a festive gathering which Nikki Chef did the catering, It was the most colourful, beautiful spread I've ever seen, it also tasted so good. The homemade breads a butters were delicious, salads and the graze boards with an assortment of quality cheese and meats was stunning. We all enjoyed so much.

I had a cooking voucher for cooking lessons with Nikki, it was just over three hours, packed with so much. I learned a lot and also discovered lots of new ingredients and techniques, Nikki made it comfortable instantly, its such a value with lots of food to enjoy at the end. Definitely recommend.
