I enjoy having family and friends over , and 'Sunday roast' with all the trimmings was not something I was confident doing, yet it's something that really brings a group of all ages together. I hired Nikki for a few hours on a Sunday and we prepared a Sunday Roast Beef. She sent me a shopping list beforehand (based on my likes and dislikes), then we cooked together. I made notes every step of the way, picking up on all the good hints and tips that Nikki was showing me, and then learning to get the flow of the timings just right. My husband's feedback at the end was that is was "one of the best roast beef dinners he's ever had" - and he's tried a few! It was a brilliant experience! I couldn't recommend Nikki enough with her years of cheffing experience and her professionalism, and she is also a great laugh. Learning should be great fun! Cheers Nikki!

About us
Nikki is a talented and passionate chef with decades of experience in the culinary industry. Her dedication to creating exceptional dining experiences led her to establish NikkiChef, where she strives to surpass the expectations of every client.
Cooking across the world Nikki has had a colourful career. Some examples of individuals she has had the pleasure of cooking for include the late Queen Elizabeth, Diana Princess of Wales, the Dalai Lama, Olivia Coleman,Cerys Matthews, the Welsh Rugby Union and many other Sporting events. Nikki also spent two years as a private chef on the circuit cooking for the High Court Judges.
Our ethos is very important to me, I pride myself on using locally sourced produce where possible and wherever my services are required.
Having an allotment has provided huge benefits to myself and my clients: the quality, taste and health benefits of growing organic fruit and vegetables as well as the learning process for me as a chef have been incredible. I'm extremely proud and delighted to bring that experience to Nikkichef & Truckin'chefs

What an absolute find! Nikkichef. We booked for a large event at our home wanting a colourful, fresh delicious buffet. So giving the brief to Nikki over a couple of conversations, the menu was so perfect for the occasion. The presentation was stunning, followed by the taste, just delicious. Every dish, all homemade, even the breads and butters!! As well as us our guests were blown away too. Nikki is such a joy, her knowledge and passion is incredible to see. We can not recommend her enough. Amazing.
Nikki did the catering for a big family party recently (70 people!) and she was absolutely amazing. She was wonderful to work with ahead of the event, helping us shape a beautiful menu based on our ideas, and the results were exceptional. She truly surpassed our expectations in terms of both food and service.
On the day, she even took the time to explain the ethos behind her food to our guests - local, seasonal, and sustainable - which was incredibly well received and I am so glad she did. In fact, almost everyone approached Nikki directly to thank her for her amazing food, which is a real testament to her passion for fresh ingredients.
When she arrived to put the finishing touches on the dishes while the party was in full swing, it was amazing to watch, yet she didn't interrupt the flow of the event at all. Thank you SO much for making this event such a special and memorable occasion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nikki!

I had a recommendation to try Nikki chef, we booked a dining experience, for 10, this was a special birthday and we wanted all 80's menu, Nikki delivered, the time, effort and easy going approach and then executed, we loved it and also it was lovely to have Nikki around while working, such a fab vibe and talent.
