I enjoy having family and friends over , and 'Sunday roast' with all the trimmings was not something I was confident doing, yet it's something that really brings a group of all ages together. I hired Nikki for a few hours on a Sunday and we prepared a Sunday Roast Beef. She sent me a shopping list beforehand (based on my likes and dislikes), then we cooked together. I made notes every step of the way, picking up on all the good hints and tips that Nikki was showing me, and then learning to get the flow of the timings just right. My husband's feedback at the end was that is was "one of the best roast beef dinners he's ever had" - and he's tried a few! It was a brilliant experience! I couldn't recommend Nikki enough with her years of cheffing experience and her professionalism, and she is also a great laugh. Learning should be great fun! Cheers Nikki!

About us
Nikki is a talented and passionate chef with decades of experience in the culinary industry. Her dedication to creating exceptional dining experiences led her to establish NikkiChef, where she strives to surpass the expectations of every client.
Cooking across the world Nikki has had a colourful career. Some examples of individuals she has had the pleasure of cooking for include the late Queen Elizabeth, Diana Princess of Wales, the Dalai Lama, Olivia Coleman,Cerys Matthews, the Welsh Rugby Union and many other Sporting events. Nikki also spent two years as a private chef on the circuit cooking for the High Court Judges.
Our ethos is very important to me, I pride myself on using locally sourced produce where possible and wherever my services are required.
Having an allotment has provided huge benefits to myself and my clients: the quality, taste and health benefits of growing organic fruit and vegetables as well as the learning process for me as a chef have been incredible. I'm extremely proud and delighted to bring that experience to Nikkichef & Truckin'chefs

I Booked Nikki for some cooking classes, for myself and our family, recommended from friends who spoke highly of Nikki. We understand why, what a gem. We choose to learn Indian & cakes. Split into two sessions. Nikki put so much into the class, bringing quality ingredients and lots of information, chatting trough out, lots of banter and fun. It was much more than I thought. We then sat and demolished the food!! Brilliant. Highly recommend! Cheers Chef
Good evening, we are due to visit the area in October on holiday for my father in laws 70th. We thought about a private dining experience one night while we stay. I have been recommended you on Facebook and wanted to find out some more information please.
If the weather is nice the I’ve love to have a bbq with lots of lovely fresh sides and a crumble for pudding as it’s his favourite. If the weather isn’t playing ball then would be a sit down meal. There is 6 adults and 4 children but if easier it maybe that we sort the kids out ourselves. I haven’t done anything like this before so unsure what price to be expecting so would love to find out more. Many thanks Hannah
Nikki made a beautiful and deliciously tastey buffet that had been arranged by my family for my 80th birthday. The presentation and use of all her own made ingredients made for a special day thoroughly enjoyed by all. thank you Nikki , a wonderful, skillful and imaginative chef, you really made our day.

A stunning Time with Nikki, we had a three course buffet from Nikki, it was incredible all fresh and homemade, tasty and just beautiful to look at. Wow wow wow!!!!! Nikki exceeded all our expectations, not only producing the most impressive food that was totally out of this world hitting every palate of our taste buds, she had such great energy and a huge knowledge about food and life.
